SHIPPING & HANDLING
Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving. Orders received are typically shipped the same business or next business day. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING COST
· Standard Shipping (Delivers in 5-7 business days): Complimentary for orders $200 and above, calculated at checkout for under $200.
· Express Shipping (2-Business Days. Delivers 2 business days from ship date): Calculated at checkout.
RETURNS
Return requests are accepted within 28 days of Order.
Full-size products are eligible for a refund only if the cellophane wrap is unopened and intact.
Products that are not sealed in cellophane are final sale to ensure the safety, integrity, and efficacy of our clinical formulations. This includes the PLASMA DUO and the INSTAFACIAL DISCOVERY KIT.
If you would like to make a Return request, email us at info@drdiamondsmetacine.com and include your order number and the product(s) you wish to return. Someone will get back to you with shipping information. Please note, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
